I’m Diane Mensah, founder of Work In Progress, a platform that curates online and offline career coaching and mentorship experiences for individuals.
My interests have always been people focused, leading me to complete a Masters in Psychology in 2018 while juggling a Corporate Partnership role at WHub, the Hong Kong startup ecosystem builder. At WHub I helped large organisations with innovation and digital transformation. After working in the HK startup ecosystem for 5 years, I decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship. I realised that many young professionals were struggling to find their passion and purpose in their careers, and didn't have the resources to turn to.
