Black Kite Brewery is inspired by the brids of prey seen soaring through Hong Kong skies. Neonotic! is a rewrite of the word “hypnotic” and “neon” which is best defined as the hypnotic brightness of a neon light. Our intention is to create bright and exotic ciders that push the boundaries of what flavours you can harness from a cider.


The Tuscany region of Italy is famous for its two tourist cities, Florence and Pisa, but there are more than these two beautiful cities in Tuscany at sunset. In the heart of Tuscany lies the ancient city of Arezzo, which still preserves the Etruscan civilization from 2,500 years ago. This ancient city with thousands of years of history also gave birth to the Italian truffle brand Boscovivo.

People there will tell you that truffles are known as the "kitchen diamonds”. Intrigued by these diamonds, 40 years ago Mr. Alfredo Landucci and Mrs. Franca Bianchini founded the Boscovivo brand based on these precious truffles.

With their passion for Italian truffles and their dedication to traditional Italian cuisine, all products insist on using natural raw materials, and today BOSCOVIVO is even recommended by the Michelin star chef Silvia Baracchi. The excellent quality of BOSCOVIVO products have also been recognized by the highest authorities of the Italian and foreign culinary echelons, receiving numerous awards for both the truffles and for the range of Tuscan specialties.

Lobster boss is a fast casual concept with an offering of sustainably harvested Canadian lobster meat on fresh brioche rolls and the best Wagyu Burger in town.

The duo behind Lobster Boss certainly has some heritage when it comes to hand held delicacies. Johnny Glover founded The Butchers Club with his world-famous burger which was listed in the Michelin Guide. Brandon Tomkinson was a founding chef/member of the original Patty & Bun restaurant in Knightsbridge, London before joining Gordon Ramsay in Hong Kong and now Steak King.

Together they have created a simple menu that showcases the finest ingredients that they source directly from the farms & fishermen. Their Lobster roll is made from a hand baked and toasted mini brioche loaf, the Lobster meat is sustainably harvested from the pristine ice-cold waters of Nova Scotia, and is combined with a secret medley of ingredients that give an umami bomb of flavors.

Brandon’s burger is made from three freshly ground cuts of chilled Australian Wagyu Beef namely; rump, chuck and brisket, the mixture offers an unparalleled flavor, texture and juiciness. The grilled patty is topped with Australian cheddar and Chef Brandon’s hand made relish, the combination puts it right up there with the best burgers in town.

For sides, think crunchy fries dusted in truffle and parmesan powder & lobster mac n cheese balls. It's still hot out there so Lobster Boss will help to cool things down with freshly churned, zesty Italian ice. There will be no single use plastics on the stand, all paper products are from recycled sources and are compostable.


Mindful Sparks was founded in 2020 to fill a gap in Hong Kong’s food and beverage industry for a high-quality, locally produced, non-alcoholic craft sparkling tea. With every bottle of sparkling tea proudly being handcrafted to perfection at its Kwai Fong production facility and experimental lab, Mindful Sparks embodies mindfulness, wellness, and enlightenment.


The term 'monkey shoulder' harks back to the brand’s whisky making heritage. It’s a reference to a condition that maltmen sometimes picked up while working long shifts, turning the barley by hand. It had a tendency to cause their arm to hang down a bit like a monkey’s, so they nicknamed it 'monkey shoulder'.

Whilst our maltmen are among the few who still turn the barley manually, working conditions have changed which means this injury has been consigned to the past. Today, the name Monkey Shoulder lives on as an affectionate tribute, to honour the hard graft of all the maltmen past and present. Cheers!
